Hoping to win a cash prize, a group of strangers heads out into the West Virginia woods for a survival-themed reality television program. Ex-military tough guy Dale (Henry Rollins) and his fellow adventurers (Erica Leerhsen, Texas Battle, Daniella Alonso) are set for a week in which they'll forage for food and battle Mother Nature. But, when they find they're being hunted by a homegrown band of cannibals, the competitors are forced to fight their way out -- or be eaten in the process.

... it’s gory, it’s gooey, it’s bloody, and it’s plenty violent.

The writers seem to catch on here how silly the premise is, so any hopes of a tense horror flick will be a fool's journey.

Wrong Turn 2: Dead End This film has the 4 essentials to score big on my scale Gruesome,Gore, and Gross. And Henry Rollins . The gore is used at the best times and its just flat out gross! The opening scene's glorious gore was all I needed to see to know I would like this Blood soaked soap opera.

This movie is passable. I actually like the plot of this film. It tries mimicking the reality show Survivor, but with a more militaristic feel to it. It kind of reminded me of The Running Man (1987) film with Arnold Schwarzenegger. Except, the contestants, the host, and the camera crew have no idea that they're all being hunted by hillbilly cannibals. You can try predicting which character is going to live and which one is going to get murdered, but you'll probably be surprised by the results at the end of the film. I thought for sure the marine or soldier Rambo host (I forgot which military branch he was supposed to be apart of) was going to live after his escape from the cannibals, but he still dies at the end. I didn't understand the point of that one woman finding out that her boyfriend cheated on her by the river if both characters are just going to be killed off minutes later from one another. The guy never found out that her girlfriend knew of him cheating on her. This was just pointless and ended up being wasted potential. All in all, I enjoy watching every Wrong Turn movie.

Not scary... just gory. Same blueprint as the first Wrong Turn. The only thing that makes this fun is if you play a game like who's going to survive.

A very unique sequal, that crawls right under the first". Well for this movie i have to give credit, among other not so good sequals, it delivers cool, and chilling atmosphere. For what its worth the plot is very classified, an the whole game host theme was very intellegent.
