All of the characters explain themselves so much and their thought processes instead of just doing something... but it's what's to be expected in a movie like this I guess.

Vile attempted to be a film solely about torture, without showing us any of the torturing.

This had such great potential. But where is the plot? There is no plot. It is a weak and confusing storyline. I didn't even understand what was going on until I googled and even then I was still a little confused. Upon reading the other reviews, people say it's bad acting. I actually think it's great acting for such a shit storyline

Not much to say about the plot, it's exactly what you think it is. But it's well done, well filmed, good sets, good enough acting, held my interest until the end. Far from the best movie you'll ever see, but I liked it.
