Critics Consensus

Vampire Hunter D's gothic charms may be lost on those unfamiliar with the anime series that spawned it, but the crisp action and nightmarish style will satiate horror aficionados' bloodlust.

Ron P Aug 19, 2017 With beautiful animation from the famous Madhouse Studios, great characters and an excellent story with some truly epic action sequences, 'Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust' is a must-see for anyone into that old-school feel to anime with enough gore to satisfy even the blood-thirstiest of people.
