Unplanned will make you writhe in agony over how such an ugly, malicious and potentially dangerous piece of religious and political propaganda could have made its way into this world. Go to Full Review

Writer-directors Chuck Konzelman and Cary Solomon spend more time making their talking points than developing their characters, who exist merely to make their arguments. Go to Full Review

One wonders why Unplanned, which resembles a basic cable television movie in its mediocre production values and subpar performances, was made. Go to Full Review

And even if presented to a mixed audience, Unplanned is neither smart enough to rally anyone to its cause, nor dumb enough to alienate those who believe its message. As propaganda, therefore, it's basically useless. Go to Full Review

George P Apr 28, 2019 Finally a Christian movie that does not hold back the realities of life. What this story gets perfectly is the tension pulling at Abby from both sides. She thinks she is doing the right thing, and she is obviously an effective, motivated, organized leader. Her humanity shines through and also darkens every scene, as the contrast between her career and home/social life butt heads and sometimes end up looking very hypocritical (scene where the entire office has a baby shower after performing abortions all day). It shows the reality of how we as humans can live totally hypocritical lives trying to justify ourselves on both ends. That moment in the room where she watches the ultrasound isn't a "wow I never knew abortion was this messed up" kind of thing, the moment is a culmination of years of events that finally bring her to a tipping point in her mind where she can no longer justify her actions to herself. She finally realizes her own complicity in the ending of human lives, and repents. She then is visibly freed from the bondage of living a double life--and you can see the change in all of her relationships positively. I appreciated how the movie showed the difference between abortion protesters. The contrast of the guy trying to bible thump everyone contrasted with the couple that befriends Abby and treats her with the humanity they hope for her to one day recognize in the babies being aborted in her clinic. The example of their commitment, continuing with low funding, no assurance of any results, and constant negative pressure is nothing short of Godly character. I feel like the story is as much about teaching us how to humanize everyone we interact with as much as it is about the specific story of Abby. Treat all people as worthwhile humans, including unborn babies. See more
Apr 28, 2019 This movie was not only extremely enlightening and informative, but the story was compelling and the production quality was as good as anything you'll see from Hollywood. Not a moment wasted. Highly recommended. See more
Kylo M Apr 28, 2019 Simply AMAZING movie. It really opened my eyes to what abortion really is.
Hermione L Apr 28, 2019 Leftist statists can't stomach the truth about baby killing. Sad.
Theodore W Apr 28, 2019 Very powerful and moving film.
Rey L Apr 28, 2019 I am pro-life. Worst movie I have ever seen. Completely fraudulent and stupid, just an advertisement to try and convert people who are pro-abortion. DO NOT waste your time. This was produced by the fraudster pretend-Christian mypillow guy, a carbon copy of Jimmy Swaggart. See more
