Uncle Sam is at its best when it clumsily tackles serious subjects like the vague goals of modern warfare. Though its moments of horror are only mildly entertaining, the heavy themes and strange choices combine to make this an oddly watchable film.

It is not the best movie I have seen, but definitely not the worst. The writing is kind of decent, the kills are cool, so overall, it is fun to watch.

I actually quite enjoyed this movie. Has some very cool subtext on patriotism and heroism. Very cheesey and camp like most 90s horror but worth the watch.
