Hermione M Jul 17, 2018 Well worth a watch, especially at only 75 minutes or so! Very hard to track down any reviews on it, especially as here in the UK it is called The Resident, a title used for a Hilary Swank film from 2011 which gets panned on here. See more

Nov 10, 2017 There has to be an amazing twist , something its all been building towards , something to point at the TV and say OMG .... No No No its a big steaming pile of going nowhere,. Kylo P Sep 12, 2017 SUBLET is a suspenseful thriller that is scary and captivating! 4/5

Albus S Aug 22, 2017 I enjoyed watching it with my gf and it was only 2 dollars to rent.

Poe R Aug 22, 2017 The Sublet is special type of psychological horror. I really enjoyed it when the line between reality and the nightmares or visions started to get blurred...towards the end you start questioning about what happened in the "real" world and what was in Joanna's head. I give it a 4.5/5 See more

Abraham W Aug 6, 2017 Turned it off after 15 minutes for being too stupid....might try it again.
