Anakin W Nov 10, 2018 Musical, bollywoodish even, rosy, horror, mystery, love. The film is changing shape several times and some sections are more epic than logic. Very unusual and original. Bravo for going places. Satisfying effects. See more

Poe G Aug 5, 2018 Polish low-budget semi-autobiographical feminist pop-goth rock-opera musical horror about cannibal mermaid sisters who sing in a strip club cabaret band? What's not to love? Sadly, it didn't all quite come together for me, but I sure do admire the effort! See more

Abraham G Feb 8, 2018 No real story you can actually follow, just a series of random visuals, titties, blood, and musical numbers. Most Disturbingly the protagonists are introduced as underaged children before being put to work as strippers. See more

Albus S Jan 15, 2018 Strange, meandering "musical" with zero plot motivation and huge gaps in the narration. Either massive chunks were cut out in the final edit or the dialog was largely improvised. Did I say "musical"? What passed for music in this half baked de-stravaganza was not even garage band ready Its pseudo dark lyrics wouldn't manage as a footnote to an H.P. Lovecraft obituary . Where is Cthulhu when you need him? The good reviews this film has gathered here make me bemoan the fate of humanity. See more

Harry S Jan 1, 2018 One of The greatest mermaids movie I've ever seen. Original, entertaining and wierd at the same time. Sometimes you will be asking yourself what are you watching...but the Lure is a visual and mermaid blast. See more

Poe S Nov 12, 2017 The Lure is a movie unlike any other aspiring to be a mix of bevy of different genres and although there are glaring flaws in the movie, the sheer singular experience makes it worthwhile. See more
