Hagrid L Jun 2, 2018 It's schlock and a money-grab based on the franchise, for all the reasons other reviewers say. I just wanna mention how horrible Macchio looks in this thing; he's got a gut, almost a double chin, and bags under his eyes. I know he was 27 or whatever, but I saw him in Cobra Kai, filmed just last year, and he looks heaps better; it's like they didn't even ask him to work out and eat right before reprising this tired role i.e. they didn't care. I also want to comment on the praise of Thomas Ian Griffith, as pretty much everybody says the movie sucks, but he's great. Well, he's not. His acting is corny in a "hide my face in embarrassment" way, not a "funny one dimensional 80s villain" way. Nothing makes sense in this movie, even the idea of it being a movie. Watch Part I, and maybe Part II if you need something to help you nod off on a Sunday night. Only watch this if you want to have something in the background playing when somebody you don't like comes over. See more

Abraham S May 30, 2018 i don't get all the hate for this movie it was great i love that they gave kreese more screen time Daniel was great but if i had to complain mike barnes was kind of underdeveloped i mean he's basically a bully for hire he has no reason to fight Daniel now the other two villains did kreese wanted revenge on Daniel and silver was a close friend who also wanted revenge for what Daniel and miagyi did to kreese. oh yeah terry silver is one of the best things in this movie he's hilarious and had me laughing from beginning to end also this movie gave me what i wanted to see john kreese vs Mr. myagi that fight scene was bad ass just like this movie See more

Han W Apr 29, 2018 THe weakest of the Ralph Macchio karate kids. The plot with a scary tournament fighter doesn´t make sence at all after the life and death fight at the end of part 2 vs chozen who should be more dangerous than Mike Barnes, the bad guy of part 3. Bad logic. See more

George R Apr 11, 2018 Two grown men act like testosterone filled bully-teenagers and devise an elaborate plot and spend millions of dollars to get revenge. Why? In order to see a teenager they don't like get punched in the ribs a few times at a point karate tournament. Why else? It sounded like a good idea at the time I guess. Hahaha! I just wish Mr. Miyagi had agreed to train Daniel from the start. If he did, I would have only had to suffer through 30 minutes of this nonsense. See more

Kylo P Apr 5, 2018 The only good part is the action. Everything else is worth forgetting.
