From the wocka-wocka retro-funk score to the glitchy Guy Ritchie-lite jump cuts, split screens and wipe edits, to the smattering of rhyming slang, this film doesn't have an original idea in its entire running time. Go to Full Review

While the actual event must have been heart-stoppingly tense, the film is without suspense, and is cack-handed and mundane, with a paint-by-numbers voiceover from Matthew Goode. Go to Full Review

The story captivated the U.K. but the movie can't do the same. Try 2019's King of Thieves for a better regarded telling. Go to Full Review

Neither funny nor comical nor dramatic nor metaphorical. It's little; it's almost nothing. [Full Review in Spanish] Go to Full Review

George S Mar 3, 2019 As far as I can make out, the posters at top are confusing two different movies: "Hatton Garden - The Heist" (2017) and "The Hatton Garden Job" (2017). See more
Leia M Mar 10, 2018 I preferred the poorly acted ripoff of this in We Still Steal the Old Way. I'm always on the lookout for a good heist movie to inspire some Payday 2 shenanigans, and while I've certainly come across worse than The Hatton Garden Job, I'm still a far sight from recommending it. Oct 15, 2017 Hatton Garden The Heist (be aware, incidentally, that the professional reviews here are NOT for this movie but for The Hatton Garden Job) has all the hallmarks of a cheap cash-in. The script is risible (at best),the acting is indifferent and what, given the barely believable source material, should be an exciting, involving tale is tedious. Cinematically the film is inert. I'm no expert but I doubt this was shot on film, rather on some kind of digital video system giving an already tacky movie an added level of shoddiness. Don't waste your time on this classless piece of nonsense. See more
Albus S Aug 31, 2017 worst thing ive seen in a long time
Harry M Aug 5, 2017 Gosh, came to rate this and surprised by the negative reviews. I enjoyed it a lot. It's not overly dramatic but the fact that it is a true story gives us that extra dimension and interest. Slightly disappointed with the ending - I had to look it up to get the full details of what happened but it sparked my interest enough to do that. See more
Harry R Jul 29, 2017 Although a touch monotonous at times and with what felt like a rushed ending after an hour and a half of buid-up, this was utimately a very strongly produced and directed film with a distinctive 70's vibe through colours, clothes, score and even fonts, a very fitting time period, even though it was based in 2015.
