A whistle-stop tour of wicked creativity with an added serving of dark humour, this Warriors meets Escape From New York thriller ... makes for one hugely entertaining flick.

The Domestics doesn't really take us anywhere we haven't gone before, but Nelson tells his lean and blunt story with some style.

It's pure blissful, loony post apocalyptic movie porn and hot damn if I didn't love every single minute of it from beginning to end.

B+

Delivers B-movie jolts and agony without lingering on ugliness, maintaining enough of a ride to get some oxygen into entertainment that typically suffocates on labored nihilism.

I really enjoyed it. It reminded me of Doomsday meets The Day. Kept my interest from the beginning. Would watch again

It was entertaining, but there were a lot of plot holes and under character development. I was very disappointed in the role the escaped girl played. Thought she was going to have a larger role than following the main character around to give the husband a ring then get shot in the head.... I was confused on how they got all they way to Milwaukee after the husband was shot. It was fun to watch, but the story could of been a lot better.

The story bounces around with no congruency. The shots are edited terribly and the writing and acting need work. One of the worst movies Iï¿ 1/2(TM)ve seen. It had potential as an anarchic/apocalyptic film such as the purge series, but delivers way less than expected.

Storyline is kinda scattered for a 1 hour 35 minutes movie. Ending made no sense with the characters personalities. Tries to hard to âempowerâ? women at the end with main character. Wish the lone Sniper would have been focused on more she was a much more dynamic and well rounded character sticking with her kind hearted but fierce personality. Wouldnâ(TM)t watch again or recommend.
