A young woman named Elena sneaks out of her house one night to attend an exclusive party, unaware of the horror that awaits her. A sick criminal known as The Collector crashes the party in search of fresh victims. When Elena goes into hiding, she finds and frees Arkin, The Collector's captive. Arkin manages to escape, but Elena is taken prisoner. A mercenary friend of Elena's father then forces Arkin to come along on a mission to free the young woman.

Critics Consensus

The Collection offers more grisly thrills and twisted humor than its predecessor; in other words, fun for genre fans, but unpleasant for anyone else.

An exercise in pure sadism, The Collection moves at a clip that leaps over plot holes in its race to elicit fright. No weighty psychology or physical logic freights this enterprise.

People in Hollywood need to work and surely "The Collection" created a lot of jobs, but there must be a better way.

It is oddly generic right where the film most desperately need to be distinctive.

Fully honors what made the first film unique while also taking the terror to shocking new heights.

From what I am watching right now... very good movie. A bit to much skin showing from the people but it's good otherwise.

An over the top gruesome gore galore fest that makes most other horror films look like a Disney movie. If you enjoy mass murder and torture and carnage, then this is just your cup of blood. "The Collection" is quite implausible but original, if that is possible. Judging by the ending get ready for a sequel to this sequel. And a fine, grizzly time was had by one and all!

Good action but the film has so many flaws it becomes unpleasant to watch.

The Collection was the more produced sequel and in my opinion not as good. The opening scene is however one of the gnarliest opening scenes in a horror movie ever. If you watch The Collection and dont say "holy shit" after the opening scene something is wrong with you. Like the first one though the acting goes a little off and the writing itself goes in weird directions and the actor who plays the Collector is not as creepy as Juan Fernandez. It's still a good watch though
