Ron S Apr 5, 2019 What a stinker. No meaningful character development, and the actors play effectlvely no part in the movie. Ideas (that is, other filmmakers' ideas) abund), but add up to nothing. Abysmal. See more
Theodore M Mar 17, 2019 I enjoyed the documentary style, but it was a bit slow.
Mar 8, 2019 An hour and a half movie that is about one hour too long.
Feb 11, 2019 13 minutes in and i started checking my email on my phone. That's when i realized this was going to be a bore fest garbage movie. Had to google to make sure though. Some movies just build up slow. See more
Hermione M Jan 29, 2019 Ok, so 2 stars for the concept. The format doesnt work in this instance. No connection is formed between the viewer and the characters. You don't hate them, amd you don't like them. They just exist to tell a lomg winded story about aliens that save earth 1.0 from an ELE, that they create to save us... by giving is earth 2.0 that is created within a matter of a few days and rests in a binary orbit with us. There are continuity errors, 5 days become 7 and then goes back to 5. The military is portrayed as a bunch of bumbling idiots that fire assailt rifles at orbs miles, and miles, above them. Footage of the 2014 launch of the orion is lifted, and portrayed as being under the control of the UK based 'space agency'. Pleaae note, somehow the UK agency is allotted sole responsibility for thr investigation of the void, while the rest of the world just tries to shoot at the alien orbs ĂŻÂż 1/2~,ĂŻÂż 1/2~,ĂŻÂż 1/2~,. The science behind the movie is sorely lacking, unfortunately the science is so dumbed down that it's almost insulting. I am sorry to say, but the 4* ratings could only have been posted by people related to the production. I'm sorry, but it just isn't cricket. The movie has so much potential, yet is let down by its format. What you're left with is a story that should've been condensed into 30 minute featurette at cannes. See more
Kylo R Jan 27, 2019 this was terrible. extremely boring, dry plot, awful cgi. no real characters, its pretty much a documentary about something that doesnt exist. yet somehow less exciting than any documentary ive ever seen See more
