...this cardboard-cutout quality extends to the dialogue scenes between the adult actors, where Lowe's inexperience as a director really shows.

Call it The Bad Seed and you tap into a surface-glaze legitimacy that's probably unwarranted, because the movie, notable as co-star Rob Lowe's directing debut, achieves only a baseline amount of trashy fun, nothing more or less.

This was really bad. Bad acting, amateur directing and a very predictable ending. Not much to like about this. The only good thing about the movie was that the kid made you utterly despise her... praying for demise.

This is a made for TV movie and it is far better than your average made for TV movie so for that im giving it 8/10, the girl played her part well, the nanny was super hot, and Rob played his role well, of course movie snobs are gonna say cliched ect ect, but dont listen to them, they the sort of people who gave Mother 10//10.

This was an excellent remake that was updated, but still gave you a since of the old. Loved that they used the actress who played the bad seed in the new version.

I saw the original and it was good. This man vie was great fun to watch. Sadly that STUPID Dish Network cut the last couple minutes of the recording off so if you're going to record it then extend the recording by 5 minutes in the "options". Thanks Dish Network...not. Anyway, WAY BETTER fare than most of the other Lifetime Movie Network movies.

I enjoyed this Rob Lowe production very much even though I figured out the ending. McKenna Grace gave an excellent perform Ana Cecilia and it was interesting seeing Patty McCormack as the psychiatrist.

The Bad Seed is nothing but a cliché movie, with terrible predictable scenes, and an ending whereas you wish you never even watched the movie. Lowe's directorial debut could've been better, and ultmitaley here, it's nothing but a bland, cliché movie that, well actually, fits well in Lifetime's movie section.
