When Hitler comes to power, a girl of Jewish heritage makes up her own mind as to what the future holds in store for her.

Rey W

Nov 24, 2018

The life and times of a Austrian woman with (cue ominous musical overtones...) Jewish heritage, from her youth in the days preceding WW1 and the glory days of Viennese society, to old age when the Nazis come to power. An interesting walk through history from the point of view of a prominent Viennese family, makers of pianos. Interestingly told and presented, so why is it forgotten? Maybe because there's no stars known today helming the effort?
