When John Connor (Jason Clarke), leader of the human resistance against Skynet, sends Kyle Reese (Jai Courtney) back to 1984 to protect his mother, Sarah (Emilia Clarke), from a Terminator assassin, an unexpected turn of events creates an altered timeline. As flashy as it is with tremendous and eye-popping special effects, it has created an extremely convoluted mess of merged timelines and revisionist storytelling that treads all over what made the 1984 original and superior 1991 sequel so great.

This movie thies to be a sequel prequel reboot and it does not work. The problems with the plot is that it tries to explain to much to the audience, things we we're not even asking like, "How does the telentransportation device works?" or "What actually happened in Judgement Day?", because these plot holes we're just an excuse to make a robot kill people, i don't think fans of the first Terminator gave a crap about Judgment Day (at least i didn't), because they needed a reason to have a robot hunting a woman.

How suddenly the Terminator saga turns into a Back to the Future saga film. A movie that has nothing new to offer, a bad plot, banal sequences of action and a realization and interpretations without flame.

Honestly, fuck those movie critics. They're more of a sore critic than a real Terminator fan. This movie is a great sequel for Terminator 2 and gave it a new life & future that will open up to more plots. And it puts back the emotional human robot relationship perfectly, this time with Sarah Conor. Although i am very glad that Arnold revived in the end, but i can't deny that if that's the way he's gone, it would be perfect too. Overall, this is a satisfying movie. Lastly, just ignore these so called pro critics who can't see the soul of films except just those technicalities.
