Although Judgment Day has in fact occurred, the future for which John Connor (Christian Bale) was prepared has been partly altered by the appearance of a stranger named Marcus Wright (Sam Worthington). Connor must determine if Wright has been rescued from the past, or sent from the future. As the machines prepare for a final battle, Connor and Wright delve deep into Skynet's heart, uncovering a secret that could lead to the annihilation of mankind.

Missing is Cameron's signature action modification, best exploited in Aliens: the strapping female heroine. McG's testosterone-juiced world feels a little doomed without her.

The movie has some gigatopicus problems, but the worst is that if you take all the names like "Terminator" or "John Connor", this would just been a mediocre Si-fi robots vs humans movie, and this gets very clear because Arnold is it for too little screentime.

ugh! basically, (spoilers) man dies, gets resurrected, and fights. While this is an action packed movie, it lacks dialogue and characters, depth, relies too heavily on special effects. pass

The story and plot were somewhat lacking, and confusing from the start. I know the cimematagraphy was supposed to be all gray and brown because of the future war but after a while that also gets monotonous. The entire movie seems to rely solely on Christian Bale's and Sam's big star talent and special effects and doesn't bother with story line like the first three at all. Hollywood is already flooded with all action all the time, why did they feel the need to trash the awesome terminator saga with this steaming pile of ....

Synopsis
