Albus R Mar 2, 2018 C. Thomas Howell is an LA cop recruited into an organization that assassinates criminals. When he becomes dissatisfied, he finds that he can't just walk away. This by-the-numbers straight-to-video action flick is not very interesting, but has really outrageous action sequences with some incredible stunt work. There's an opening car chase down a pier where the cars seem to run into every bystander. There's a chase on the freeway with exploding acetylene tanks taking out all the cars. C. Thomas Howell and a burning man take a header out a window and fall 6 stories into a parked car. Amazing stuff. See more
