For all the film's lecturing about the rise in diabetes and good and bad fats, you suspect that its director is secretly just having a laugh with the whole thing. Go to Full Review

Luke W Mar 19, 2019 Morgan Spurlock proves what fast food can do to you if you catch yourself eating it everyday. It is an eye opening documentary that will want to stop making you eat fast food for good. I have to give Morgan Spurlock credit for eating nothing but McDonald's for 30 days because it was a very brave journey that had its consequences and he put his health in danger to prove what fast food can do to you. Mar 18, 2019 I really love this documentary. Itâ(TM)s a good movie. This is one documentary where you can learn a lot about McDonaldâ(TM)s like how itâ(TM)s extremely bad for your health and you can get really fat. Itâ(TM)s good to learn the history about McDonaldâ(TM)s. And itâ(TM)s mostly about Morgan spurlock going out to McDonaldâ(TM)s and seeing what would happen when he eats nothing but McDonaldâ(TM)s for the whole 30 days straight. He would become an obese American and that it would be unreasonably dangerous. My favorite part in the super size me movie is probably when Morgan eats McDonaldâ(TM)s on the 2nd day and of course he throws up and he gets sick. Oh my god! I laugh super hard. See more
George S Nov 6, 2018 This is one of the best ways to get people to understand what happens to your body when you eat a lot of junk food every day for a month. See more
Kylo G Oct 8, 2018 Eye-opening, interesting, and entertaining.
Anakin M Jul 12, 2018 This documentary is terrible, he eats to excess and surprise, he gets fat. Dude went from a vegan diet to eating double quarter pounders daily and blames a fast food joint for making him feel like shit. Skip this one. See more
Harry S Jul 9, 2018 The film that made it unacceptable to eat or feed your children McDonald's. This film forced one of the largest, sprawling corporate empires to change its ways. This film is one of my top five films of all time. It is one of the most influential pieces of journalism we have. See more
