It's been several years since Stitch (Chris Sanders), the result of eccentric Dr. Jookiba's (David Ogden Stiers) "Experiment 626," landed on Earth and befriended a girl, Lilo (Daveigh Chase). Now Stitch, Lilo and the doctor live in Hawaii with Lilo's sister, Nani (Tia Carrere). But their lives are turned upside down by the arrival of Capt. Gantu (Kevin Michael Richardson), who kidnaps Jookiba to find out the location of his other 625 experiments. It's up to Lilo and Stitch to save Jookiba.

The movie's geared-solely-towards-kids approach is evident in virtually all of its attributes... Go to Full Review

Disney had to call it something, and "Pilot Episode for an Upcoming TV Series That We're Shamelessly Going to Make You Pay for Separately" is a lot of words for a DVD spine. Go to Full Review

Less substantial than the original, but still quality family entertainment that's light-years ahead of most of its competition for the eyes and hearts of pint-sized viewers. Go to Full Review

The film's brevity is due to sacrifices in character, not plot, and that's a shame, since it wasn't exactly the chaos of Lilo & Stitch's narrative that made it so ultimately charming Go to Full Review

It is missing a great deal of the original movie's heart... This one's more sitcom-y, less endearing, a little bland. Go to Full Review

Hermione M Aug 10, 2018 I love Lilo and Stitch but I thought this movie was pretty forgettable. Lilo and Nani sadly don't stand out nearly as much as the first film (or really the rest of the franchise in general) and the animation is a huge downgrade in my opinion but it is...a fine set up to the tv show (and to its credit, this actually is a pretty good idea for a Lilo & Stitch show). Hermione S Oct 19, 2017 good introduction to the TV series
Draco P Feb 16, 2015 Entertaining sequel in this series, but, not as good as the original. It has lots of fun new characters that we may see in the series. See more
