Nice CGI, some clue at the end, but 200% full of cliches. Can't free of thought whole movie purpose is action it'self. Hew guys how can we pack 50 minutes of blood and warfare into movie on a fresh way. Let's put them in a train. So meny pointless plot parts are just there to support violence. Even when end is explained there is no point. Also pace of movie is so boring a FFWD button is a must. 2 stars for CGI and idea.

Snowpiercer had a shot to be something grand in the beginning, but it ended up settling on mediocrity. The concept and plot are strong focal points and there are many convincing performances. Its too bad the violence is lacking, the characters are self-absorbed, and the villain has no logic in his plan. The conclusion: Meh with a few great twists.
