SIGNIFICANT OTHER follows a young couple, Harry (Jake Lacy, "White Lotus") and Ruth (Maika Monroe, "It Follows"), who take a remote backpacking trip through the Pacific Northwest, but things take a dark turn when they realize they may not be alone.
