Five college students in New Zealand enjoy free living accommodations when they set themselves up in an abandoned house. The deal gets even better when they discover a stockpile of marijuana plants growing in the basement. They sell the psychoactive crop and bask in their newfound wealth — until the plants' real owner shows up. As fear and paranoia grip the students, they lock the livid horticulturist in the basement and decide what to do next. Murder is definitely an option.
