What to Know

Critics Consensus

Bolstered by a pair of likable leads and suffused in a warmly nostalgic glow, Rob the Mob is an uneven crime caper that mostly works.

It's a story so outlandish that it needs to be served by a combination of drama and comedy, and "Rob the Mob" finds that balance quite well. Go to Full Review

As Tommy and Rosie, Pitt and Arianda are just the right kind of nuts, the right kind of dumb, the right kind of desperate and the right kind of in love to make it all go down like pie. Go to Full Review

De Felitta has a feel for this world and its atmosphere, from the clutter and casual ugliness of the streets, to the insularity of the mentality, to the unexpected sweetness and vulnerability of the people. Go to Full Review

Abraham W Mar 16, 2019 Not a WOW movie but certainly entertaining. Worth viewing.
Hermione L Jun 23, 2018 I liked Bonnie & Clyde's relationship, how naive they were and how they thought they were actually acting smart. You can see the end as the movie starts, so predictable but that happens in true stories I guess. See more
Leia W May 3, 2018 A mix of so-so comedy and downtrodden grittiness that's carried off in quite an accomplished way, largely by the onscreen chemistry between the two lead characters. Ultimately though, despite the poignancy, the story's dated style only serves to emphasise why Tarantino and True Romance rose to success. See more
Finn S Mar 29, 2018 This is a great way to go back in time to when New York was really New York. Also, Nina Arianda is so adorable that the odd nature and movement of the movie is worth the watch. See more
