I didn't really enjoy this compared to the other "Peanuts" specials. The characters were terrible to each other.

This was an enjoyable, slightly unhinged "Peanuts" film that flew by fairly quickly.

The animation is no better than competent, but the film has a nice bluegrass-style musical score by Ed Bogas and should be fine for the kids and "Peanuts" fans.

enjoyable story for the family to watch

The first act is certainly not the greatest and the entire storyline here is weak and just an excuse to have a fun adventure with the gang, but what an adventure it is. I loved its setting, the character interactions are very good and it is such a charming and wonderful Peanuts flick that I honestly liked it a lot despite its many obvious shortcomings.
