Quicksilver youthsploitation moviemaking at its most youthsploitative, doesn't include breakdancing, although it does include bikedancing, which sort of rhymes with breakdancing.

This Kevin Bacon movie is about New York City messenger bikers who have received infamy fr their rash and brash way of driving on the streets of the big apple. Kevin Bacon plays one of these bikers after squandering his earnings on a stock bet. The film is forgettable though some scenes of the bike action is neat. The romance, if I can even recall it is not even good. Watch this only if you are a Kevin Bacon fan.

This was a movie that had always eluded me, in spite of knowing what the general plot was. The wife and I finally gave it a spin and I have to say, there's some corny shit in there, but overall we both enjoyed it pretty well, which is saying something for a dated '80s era flick. Rental!

Kevin Bacon is one of the most under-rated actors. Why he doesn't have awards for his acting is crazy. He carries this movie with his talent. Very fun movie.
