Prime Cut is very different from the usual gangster movie; it's put together almost like a comic strip, with all of the good and bad things that implies, and the Marvin character has more in common with superheroes than with mobsters. Go to Full Review

Prime Cut is an essential crime picture that finds new relevance in a period that, not so long ago, may have seemed dated and backward, but today feels maddeningly, disappointingly true. Go to Full Review

Anakin R Feb 3, 2018 a very cool movie that reminded me of point blank. lee marvin is a badass who has been forgotten by modern audiences but he was great See more
Anakin G Jul 7, 2017 Story about a mercenary for hire who decides to take down a major crime sydicate. The acting by Marvin, Spacek and Hackman is awesome. The directing by Ritchie is great as well. But the storyline was rather odd. Something about southern gangsters who run drugs and pimp women didn't make much sense to me. See more
