Celia Amonte is a lonely widow and single mother with a rambunctious teen daughter, Vicky. Her circumstances may change, thanks to the arrival of a sleek British gambler named Charlie Beck. Critics Consensus

If Passionada doesn't quite spark its title emotion, the strong chemistry between its charming cast helps make this romantic dramedy a painless proposition.
