Out of Time comes on like a cool glass of lemonade on a hot summer day, featuring Denzel at the peak of his powers and an impeccably laidback aesthetic somewhere between the palpable sweat of Body Heat and the orange-hued romanticism of Tony Scott. Go to Full Review

It works best as a sugar-rush thriller, light and undeniably absurd. But to be honest, that’s a big part of what makes it so much fun. Go to Full Review

The task of keeping this from getting too smart for its own good falls squarely on the dependable shoulders of Washington. Go to Full Review

Han R Apr 24, 2019 Pretty terrible movie. Bad writing, mediocre acting, strange editing, and key plot points that are just kinda...left to the viewers to figure out. I didn't think Denzel could be in a bad movie, but I was wrong. See more
Hagrid S Apr 7, 2019 Heartpounding and highly thrilling!
Draco S May 8, 2018 Make sure to stay in your seats for this one, because even though that first act drags a bit, by the time you hit act two -- trust me -- all is forgiven. "Out Of Time's" final two-thirds is a dramatically ironic, tense, and thrilling ride that honestly kept me guessing for a good portion of it. Denzel Washington's increasingly frantic and dynamic lead performance helps keep you anchored to your chair as each new plot twist and near miss keeps you salivating for more. Director Carl Franklin and screenwriter David Collard have honestly killed with this fun little detective romp that didn't come anywhere close to overstaying its welcome. A surprisingly good time overall. See more
Albus W Dec 19, 2017 decently entertaining and suspenseful movie for the most part. but also outdated with the music, cheesiness, and dumb things you have to let slide. felt like a straight to dvd movie at times (about 3 viewings) See more
Harry S Aug 31, 2017 Denzel. A young Eva Mendez. Some other good looking chick. Nuff said.
Albus S Aug 13, 2017 Fun, exciting, surprising, can't wait to watch it again.
