Noriko's Dinner Table embraces [suicidal] tendencies with gusto and striking originality. The film is a boldly fragmented and tantalizing saga. Go to Full Review

One of the most ambitious tonal mash-ups in memory, Noriko's Dinner Table is a domestic comedy, a bloody psychological thriller and a comment on the fragility of identity. Go to Full Review

There is some excessive gore near the end, but, still, this is one of the best films I've seen this year. Go to Full Review

Rey S Oct 28, 2018 This movie was a slow burn with a lot of drama. It definitely addressed some components of part 1 but enough for me to understand the details set out in part 1. The film was frustrating at times moving along very slowly. But it made up for this with a nice ending. Again I didn't understand much of this film but filled in some blanks by reading articles. I still don't see how part 2 answers the main questions from part 1, but I'll definitely be looking into this by reading more articles. See more
Han S Jul 27, 2017 A family under stress, a suicide club propagated by the Internet, a family for hire, an escape from home. Thus begins the quest for: "What exactly is a family and is it really that important?" See more
