Mulan marks a sumptuous return to top form, and it can stand comparison with anything done in the classic era of Disney animation. Back then, Snow White dreamed that some day her prince would come. Today, the prince would not find Mulan waiting for him.

Mulan is a Disney film directed by Tony Bancroft and Barry Cook. Very good voice acting from the entire cast. Very good characters especially Ming-Na Wen as Mulan. Good cinematography with some very cool shots. Really good animation that sometimes looks stunning. Except for the dog. Very good setting that is beautiful. Very good style with the colour scheme to the way the characters move. Very good action especially for a childrens movie. Very good sound design. Good dialogue with some quotable lines. Good editing. Very good music whether it be background or front ground. Very good and entertaining story. Good comedy even though a lot of it is a bit childish. Very good atmosphere especially when the Hun are around. The film is also really enjoyable. Over all I give it a 8/10 - worth paying for two tickets
