What to Know

Critics Consensus

Like most of Tarsem Singh's films, Mirror Mirror is undeniably beautiful -- but its treatment of the age-old Snow White fable lacks enough depth or originality to set it apart from the countless other adaptations of the tale.

Mirror, Mirror won't change your life, but it's a fun homage to a timeless classic that lets you escape into a fairy tale world, that actually doesn't seem to far away from here. Go to Full Review

Tarsem directs as confidently as ever, and while the movie isn't quite the magical ride it potentially could have been to say I left the theatre feeling fairly happily ever after wouldn't be too far off the mark. Go to Full Review

With obvious ambitions of becoming a new generation’s The Princess Bride, this outdated material gives us no reason to deviate from Disney’s 1937 classic as the go-to version of Grimm’s fairy tale. Go to Full Review

Aug 14, 2018 Don`t take it seriously. It`s a ridiculous and funny movie with touches of darkness and adult humour along with the charming extravagant fairytale. A joy to watch for those who loves magic, Lily Collins and bad(great) humor! And the costumes!! See more
George S Jan 24, 2018 Sweet-natured, funny, and visually inspired, this old tale gets the "Princess Bride" and "Time Bandits" treatments with family-friendly farce. See more
Luke W Sep 25, 2017 6/10 just some smiles
Han P Jun 14, 2017 This is a great film for all but especially for young girls! Strong female characters and beautiful art direction!
Hagrid P May 2, 2017 Hear we go another fairytale of snow white but this one is a bit different it was a comedy Julia Roberts played the queen and she was so sarcastic and funny that was great about Julie Roberts playing the queen. Snow whit runs in to The seven dwarves who walk on stilts I thought that was funny about theme! I also liked the prince he was pretty hilarious I recommend this to people to watch! But it gets 49% why!!! I say it gets 60% because it was a good movie!! See more
Finn S Mar 28, 2017 I liked it but snow white wasn't that pretty tbh
