Poe M Feb 11, 2018 It's a Disney Halloween show with a story of the villains taking over The House Of Mouse, but honestly most of it is clips of various cartoons. Some of the segments are Halloween cartoon classics and some don't even seem like they relate to Halloween in any way. The main story is very short, at times is poorly animated (The Fates from Hercules were drawn at one point with all three having their eyes instead of sharing the one eye), and some of the voices are painfully obvious to not be original voices (Hates' singing voice is so far off the mark that it's sad). The whole thing feels like it was rushed and made quickly. Since it's not a full-fledged movie, I give it a pass and still enjoy it despite its flaws. See more
