The movie as a whole is such an incompetent train wreck, you can't look away, just to see how much worse it can get.

A tortured use of another movie's absurd mythology to help make muddled quasi-satirical points, while indulging the apparently fail-safe punchline of saying the word "purge" about once a minute.

Raucous and riotous and irreverent with off-color language to make some toes curl, this is one funny, funny, funny, funny movie!

"Meet the Blacks" can't decide if it wants to be a straight-up parody of "The Purge" films or some kind of acidic satire of social class structures and perceptions. It fails miserably at both.

Five minutes in. Garbage. Just more black social commentary disguised as bad humor to teach all of us about popular/unpopular black stereotypes and ebonic slang, while implying that the rest of us are generically racist. I was almost afraid to watch the movie, because it had the word 'Black' is in it and I did not want anyone to think I was misappropriating that word. Keep in mind, that this kind of sarcastic obscenity filled prattle is what I hear around me all of the time now, in public and it is only getting worse. So, my recommendation, just to be safe and not hurt anyone's feelings, that might feel the need to throw a victim card, is that this movie sweep all Oscar categories.

"Meet the Blacks" was a very awesome movie with outstanding actors, such as George Lopez, Mike Tyson, Snoop Dog, and Lil Dival. This movie had excellent character development and beautiful cinematography. However, this movie suffers from a sleepy second act.

Meet the Blacks is a self-deprecating trip.

There was one or two decent laughs, and that was basically that. Should the cameo of Mike Tyson really be the most memorable part of a movie (better acting than the main cast may I add)? Very weak movie.
