Eddie (Jackie Chan) is an indomitable Hong Kong cop who, after a near fatal accident involving a mysterious medallion, is suddenly transformed into a Highbinder -- an immortal warrior with inhuman powers. By Far Jackie's worst American movie. The super powers And special effects made the whole movie terrible. I rarely Recommend to pass on a movie but this is one of them.
