A leprechaun (Warwick Davis) surfaces in Los Angeles to claim a bride, as his previous object of affection was denied to him a thousand years before in Ireland. He kidnaps teenager Bridget (Shevonne Durkin), grotesquely murdering anyone who gets in his way. It falls to Bridget's boyfriend, Cody (Charlie Heath), to rescue her. Cody enlists the aid of his perpetually tipsy uncle, Morty (Sandy Baron), who decides to go after the homicidal leprechaun's pot of gold.

This malevolent little horror item is a nasty piece of business that revels in chicanery and gore.

If you saw the first film, you know what it's about already, because it's basically -- no, completely -- the same film with different victims.

The story didn't make any sense and was a very frustrating watch. There was nothing fun or entertaining about this film.

This was painfully bad. The best thing about it is the short run time.

Leprechaun 2, unlike the bland original film, contains a lot of the things you would want to see in a horror movie about an evil leprechaun.

The sequel fails to make the leprechaun a valid monster in his second outing, and fares no better in the later films.

"The only whiskey is Irish whiskey!" God bless Warwick Davis, but 'Leprechaun 2' holds no favors for him. Everything from here just gets worst for this franchise, then again it was never good in the first place. A guilty pleasure at best.

Although a few of the characters are poorly written, Leprechaun 2 is a very fun ride with plenty of laughs, corny but still funny one liners, and another good performance from Warwick Davis.

Oh Cody...you foolish, foolish lad. This movie was filmed oh so terribly and the plot...it's laughable at best. I will say that I enjoyed the fact that they tried to incorporate some form of "lore" to Lubdan the Leprechaun. But the whole sneezes thrice thing? Like why? This film also has some very just creepy moments between Cody and his girlfriend, like was she really just going to ditch him to hang out with homeboy at the track and then leave him hanging, even after he bought her those chili dogs? That's cold. Overall, I absolutely love this series and as terrible as this film is, which it is, I'll continue to watch it over and over again every March. Thank you, Warwick Davis.
