This tepid indie comedy lacks a consistent tone; directors Tom Dolby and Tom Williams can't decide whether to satirize or sympathize with their wealthy, self-regarding characters. Go to Full Review

A flat drama filmed at a house that's more interesting than most of the characters. Go to Full Review

The characters flutter about, argue and flirt, but they are simply too bland and vacuous to make much of an impression. Go to Full Review

If you've been to Lake Tahoe, you know that people like this are in great abundance. You also know that you probably wouldn't want to watch a movie about their petty squabbles. Trust your gut. Go to Full Review

So much great acting is wasted on this pointless film about the woes of the very rich. Go to Full Review

Anakin S Apr 7, 2019 A mildly engaging flick that is a combination of a tame Lifetime movie and Architectural Digest. Clarkson helms the film as an aging mother who has her two sons and some of their friends come stay at their posh weekend house on Lake Tahoe. Basically the film then becomes the lame travails of the upper-upper class, yet does it in a somewhat snide manner. But, what is most damning, it never really calls people out but just has them gently come to some complicit understanding as to how they can move on with their lives. The whole film leaves you with a kind of unpleasant taste of loving the house, kind of envying the characters so comfortable lives yet having disdain for their so clueless attitudes. Give it a pass. Abraham S Jan 28, 2019 this is an awful movie - no point - movies are required to have some sort of point - why would you sit through 2 hours of someone else's life if there is no point - this is like watching your boring neighbors have people over - it's awful See more
Poe R Sep 29, 2018 I agree with rotten tomatoes score. A shallow story and silly script.
