Four friends (Zach Braff, Casey Affleck, Michael Weston, Eric Christian Olsen) face the prospect of turning 30 and losing the freedom of their youth. For one, Michael, the transition is especially difficult; although he is in love with Jenna (Jacinda Barrett), the mother of his child, his panicked reaction to the onset of adult responsibilities sends him into the arms of another woman (Rachel Bilson).

What to Know

Critics Consensus

You'll either find the The Last Kiss to be a phony bore or a refreshing take about young 20-somethings at the crossroads between their carefree lifestyle and responsibility. Zach Braff and the rest of the appealing cast make the case for the latter.

Han R Apr 6, 2019 ...and then, US of A decided to take a very good Italian film and take out the whole essence of it! What do you have you wonder? Half of the pleasure you'd enjoy watching the original. So don't lose time with this, don't be lazy and watch the original one. See more
Hagrid M Jul 14, 2018 Despite the poor ratings and some poor reviews I found this very good movie that touches on realistic happenings for young adults in relationships in their 30’s See more
Luke L Aug 29, 2017 At first glance, it seems like an average movie that has a lot of downer moments and a coming-of-age story for 30-somethings. It's really more than that, has poignancy, especially coming from the older couple. See more
Abraham G Nov 13, 2007 Enjoyable watch. A little depressing and hopeful at the same time... kind of like life, I guess.
