Although this story about a mismatched couple expecting a baby strains credibility and sometimes pushes the limits of good taste, it delivers plenty of belly laughs. Go to Full Review

A decade-and-a-half after its release, Judd Apatow’s 2007 comedy Knocked Up is mostly known for a few controversies... All of those controversies have some merit. But that doesn’t mean the film itself deserves to be written off. (15th anniversary) Go to Full Review

Judd Apatows gags are strewn with crude language and extreme behavior but his humor is all grounded in character and relationships and prickly moments of self-realization and guilt, and his cast mixes it up wonderfully. Go to Full Review

Abraham W Dec 30, 2018 This is a great comedy film from the Apatow camp. Knocked up is silly, offensive and yet romantic. For Knocked Up, writer/director Judd Apatow's sophomore feature, the filmmaker has elected to follow pretty much the same formula that made his debut, The 40 Year Old Virgin, such a success. Considering how winning the formula is, it's a safe approach. The often ribald humor is genuinely funny. The characters are endearing and very well played by Seth Rogen(Who is right at home here in this material) and Katherine Heigl. And there's something warm and sweet about the underlying storyline. Apatow is clearly a romantic, even if there's a profane edge to his "love conquers all" worldview. Other filmmakers embarking into the comedy minefield could learn a thing or two from him. (Funny yet endearing movie). See more
George M Dec 19, 2018 The box office success of this movie and the ratings is surprising. I thought it was one of the worst I ever saw at a theater. Generally, it was not funny. See more
Han S Nov 25, 2018 THE WORST. THE ABSOLUTE WORST. Tried watching it twice made me angry both times
Hagrid S Nov 3, 2018 Little more than anti-choice claptrap
Draco L Aug 26, 2018 Immature perspective. Some funny parts, could have been so much better.
Ron S Aug 18, 2018 It has its comedic bits and moments as well as a great ensemble cast, but the story just doesn't interest me with its predictability and excessive length See more
