[E]ven while it's apparently not what its creators intended, Knights Of Badassdom is perfectly enjoyable in a low-key way, with sharp performances [...] and a nigh-endless string of cameos

"Knights of Badassdom" actually delivers everything the 2011 Danny McBride-James Franco comedy "Your Highness" purported to be but fell short on.

A one-note joke and a whiff of a story that fails to offer a single reason - literal or metaphorical - why dressing up as a fictional character is enjoyable or rewarding.

Supernatural slasher haunts a live-action role-playing game. The cast is clearly having fun, but none of it rubs off on us; Peter Dinklage and Steve Zahn are completely squandered.

Knights Of Badassdom is an uneven creepy concoction but still somewhat excels at mixing its cheesy lampooning of LARP-oriented escapism with the cliched grossness of tired horror flicks. It is feisty and joyously absurd

What's great about this movie is the way it remains so gentle and light, despite tackling a story that could get pretty dark.

It cheers you up, it is fun, it is parody at its best given the Dinklage casting!!!.

Pretty good movie! Has some really good B-level actors. The premise is awesome because it focuses on the world of playing Midevil Times. The acting is pretty good. This is a funny movie.

Going into it with managed expectations, you'll get what you want. A goofy, nerd movie gone awry with nods to D&D, Larping and a plethora of other nerd cliches. Funny enough to make it entertaining.

Very Weird Movie, with cheap done CGI. Great if you have nothing else to watch and want to watch a movie about larping.

Vastly underrated movie. Very funny. Vintage Peter Dinklage... shot right before Game of Thrones.
