While on a seemingly routine job, a jaded hit man (Simon Pegg) discovers that he's not the only one with his target in the crosshairs.

Critics Consensus

Kill Me Three Times offers Simon Pegg an opportunity to play against type as a villain; unfortunately, its derivative storyline fails to offer much of anything to viewers.

How do you cast Simon Pegg in a movie and then do virtually nothing with him?

Not a great film. Or particularly good. In fact, it's fairly bad as B-movies go.

Neither fresh nor new, 'Kill Me Three Times' does allow for Pegg's comic timing and exasperation to shine.

Kill Me Three Times is part action thriller, part comedy - and neither part is any good.

While it doesn't reinvent the wheel, it's a breezy, crowdpleasing ride that coasts on the charm of its cast and well-honed scheming, something that fortunately for the audience's sake, the characters aren't capable of themselves.

I watched 10 minutes of this....Maybe it`s just me but what`s so humorous about Simon Pegg shooting someone in the head three times??

Very entertaining film, really don't know why it's scored so low. Great script with plenty of twists, action and farcical moments. All the actors contributed equally into making this a worthwhile watch.

Watch Blood Simple by the Coens. This movie isn't worth watching, but it's not awful.

I finally had the chance to watch another Simon Pegg movie (they hardly come to the cinema halls here in Brazil and take some time before they pop up on cable TV. This is of 2015). It is one more in his endless series of hilarious ridiculous humor flicks. Up to the very last minute things change to and fro and one has no idea who comes out on top. Lots of morbid sarcastic fun! 7 1/2 of 10 points.

Simon Pegg has a unique and quite different performance than usual, and as crime-dramas-comedies go this one delivers the fair amount, but neither the humor nor the violence are astonishing or noticeable to deliver something memorable or acknowledgeable for posterity, and probably the film's greatest sin is to pretend to be something more, but never going further, becoming just a standard flick, at times boring, at times slightly entertaining.
