Spencer Olham had a perfect life: a loving family and a beautiful wife. On Tuesday evening he went to bed an acclaimed and well-respected scientist. On Wednesday morning, he woke up public enemy number-one. Now Spencer has to do everything in his power to prove his innocence in a future where nothing is as it seems and paranoia is everywhere.

What to Know

Critics Consensus

With its low production value and uninspired direction, Impostor comes off as a mixture of The Fugitive and Blade Runner, only not as good or as involving.

Ron W Feb 13, 2018 An interesting futuristic look on how our memories and experiences make us what we are.
Leia S Jan 7, 2018 This is one of my favorite movies. It has a very non-hollywood story, of course inspired by the great Philip K. Dick. If you're a fan of his other work, this is a must watch. This is the Black Mirror of 2002. See more
Dec 20, 2017 One of the best twists ever.
Luke W Jun 10, 2017 Excellent plot twists that you'll never see coming. Few movies can surprise you nowadays. Gary Sinise should get an oscar for this. See more
Rey W Apr 27, 2017 The ending was awesome. I'm just now seeing this movie in 2017. May not have caused any ripples then since there where other movies similar that it had to compete with but in 2017 with what we are dealing with today this movie hits close to home. Gives me the chills to see how the mass murders, random shooting, and now bombings are all here just as past movies have predicted. See more
