This combines the social conscience occasionally found in Corman productions with the expected nudity and gore, although in this case, more of the latter ingredients were added after the initial shoot in order to provide it with extra exploitation oomph. Go to Full Review

One of the major shortcomings is that there are no obvious moments of comedy; the chuckles arise from cliché character stupidities and senseless dialogue. Go to Full Review

Apr 22, 2019 This movie had everything: gratuitous violence, gratuitous female nudity, raping and murdering fish men played by actors in monster suits, and a host of other schlock horror genre tropes. A borderline pastiche of more iconic films, including Jaws, Alien, and Creature from the Black Lagoon, Humanoids from the Deep recovers quickly from an awkward start and resolves into a cheap but entertaining exploitation movie that does not take itself too seriously. George W Jul 3, 2017 A genetically mutated something or other escapes and starts killing people. I was not scared by the monster in this film, overall I was bored. by the time it was almost over, the people were all running around screaming and the monsters were killing them, I had enough so I gave up watching. a boring mess, all the cormans seem to be.
