George W Nov 5, 2018 Even getting past the pointless, uneventful first 20 minutes didn't help alleviate the anguish of having to watch this dull, overlong drama. Hollow In The Land is a jumbled mess of a story that lacks character development and a satisfactory conclusion. See more

Luke R Oct 5, 2018 This was actually really good. When I started watching it I almost stopped as I knew no one in it and it seemed like the same old story of troublemaking kid being an asshole to everyone. But then it all changed to good crimi .... better than True Detective Season 2 :D See more

Hermione R Jun 10, 2018 A gripping tale that avoids the Canadian tendency to dwell too long in silent, moody frames, and instead hooks the viewer into the darker side of what can emerge from the self-policing, self-protecting reality that is many rural Canadian communities. It's a disciplined, thoughtful and muscular film that honestly showcases the darker potential of one of Canada's geographies and communities. See more

Rey R Jan 28, 2018 Great female lead and compelling mystery set in small town BC. I really liked this movie!

Hermione S Dec 18, 2017 A bit overkill with all the investigation, but overall good.

Albus G Dec 16, 2017 Hollow in the land is a beautiful well written and acted thriller, it does a lot of things right and it does it in a simple gripping way, Dianna Agron performers extremely well and helps to bring the story to life, I'd say it's a very solid thriller just because it excels at keeping it real, just nothing but cause and effect throughout the film and that's something very refreshing to watch and very rare nowadays if I may say.
