Three generations of the same family deal with the consequences of unleashing the forces of hell. In 18th-century France, Paul L'Merchant (Bruce Ramsay) works as a toymaker until he's coerced into creating a box that serves as a portal between hell and Earth. The box summons demonic Angelique (Valentina Vargas) and Pinhead (Doug Bradley), who -- 200 years later -- hunt down John Merchant (Bruce Ramsay). Then, centuries later, Phillip L'Merchant (also Ramsay) prepares for a final confrontation.

Luke L Sep 15, 2018 Pros -Better than the third one, which isn't saying much. -I like that we see where the box came from. I kinda wished the whole movie took place in the past. Cons -Pinhead in space. Just takes the whole mystique away. See more
Albus S Jul 2, 2018 oh boy the three act structure has never been more obvious and choppy. Hellraiser bloodline only gets one out of five because it has my favorite pinhead quote (do i look like someone who cares what god thinks?). as for the quality... the film is actually three movies squeezed into 85 minutes which is a recipe for disaster. and instead of making three movies about pinhead hunting a bloodline said to destroy him and hell forever, something that would actually make a good tv show. we get a toymaker and his descendants all of whom are played by the same actor and are equally stupid. the ending of the film takes place in space and SPOILER ALERT the final descendant tricks pinhead with a hologram and kills him with the good guy configuration box (well it's called the elysium configuration box but still same thing). honestly i wanted the franchise to stop here but then it somehow manages to get worse. moral of the story don't send slasher villains to space!!! Luke L Dec 28, 2017 Continuing with a relatively healthy build up of story, only to end up completely destroying the entire movie with some nonsense ending where nothing makes sense, and every character makes stereotypical actions. And in some cases, the characters perform actions that are complete plotholes (ie. The girl knowingly using the puzzlebox as a ghost-buster...) See more
Han W Oct 8, 2017 Another Bad hellraiser movie.
Rey M Oct 8, 2017 Pinhead in space!!! This movie had the potential to be a scary good time, but I found the story to be very pointless. It does offer up some gory death sequences that are on par with the series. Overall, I found it to be mediocre, but it is one of those bad movies that are mildly amusing despite the flaws. See more
Rey R Oct 3, 2017 A not as good sequel to the Hellraiser series. Now this movie does give you a good dose of entertainment, and it is somewhat entertaining but, oh boy! The complete randomness of the series. It changes Pinheads mythology all together, and he now has a dog? Since when did demons need dogs? This movie skips around century's. I mean that was kinda cool but, not really. It felt like I watched three different movies. So in the end this is a less then average Hellraiser movie but, I will say this. It wasn't what I was expecting! See more
