a reminder of how enchanting a fantasy can still be if not taking over by digital imagery, if it has a few interesting characters and a few nice touches of plotting Go to Full Review

Movies are supposed to whisk you away, to make you get lost in their stories. I never got lost in From Time to Time because I was continually aware of the pieces being assembled before me. Go to Full Review

This family film - that mixes Regency ghosts and a rambling, secret-filled mansion - lacks oomph and charm despite its top shelf cast, including Maggie Smith and Timothy Spall. Go to Full Review
Andrew L. Urban Urban Cinefile May 28, 2011

Draco R Oct 30, 2018 A truly great movie.
Albus W Jun 17, 2017 Great feel good movie to take you back into your childhood of mystery and family. Fantastic cast!
Harry W May 11, 2017 Could be a damn good story. But problems kept distracting me from being interested. Dialog is unaware of how actual human speech works. Characters (and writers) can't decide if ghosts are ghosts, or ghosts are time travel. Alex Etel and Douglas Booth are unbearably untalented. See more
Han R May 8, 2017 A very good movie, I enjoyed it.
