[Cozi] Zuelhsdorff and [Bridget] Blickenstaff give good age-crossed performances, but the tone around them is all over the place.

In the case of Disney Channel's latest adaptation, dusting off Freaky Friday to reimagine it as a full-blown, Broadway-inflected musical is more than worth the effort thanks to its talented cast, infectious songs, and lively musical numbers.

While Freaky Friday's core idea about how young kids and adults could stand to better appreciate the respective difficulties they're faced with on a day to day basis is solid, the way that the most recent film handles its leads just feels boring.

Much less offensive than I expected.

Poorly acted hot garbage, filled with atrocious out-of-style music and vocals that are obviously and overly auto-tuned. And the forced "diversity everywhere" is not reflective of anyone's reality.

No comparison to the 2003 version. It's a complete different and has pretty good musical numbers. I would watch it again but wouldn't buy the movie. Give it a chance if you're given the opportunity.

It's not as good as the others the music is really annoying and why did they have to make another one when there is like 3

This movie is a great, creative remake of the other Freaky Friday versions. The fact that it was a musical caught me off guard, but my four kids and I enjoyed it so very much! This was a fun and creative version of the movies we are so familiar with. We loved the music and my kids have watched it so many times already, that they sing and dance along with the move. Great family film!
