What to Know

Critics Consensus

Harrison Ford's rote performance brings little to this uninspired techno-heist film whose formulaic plot is befuddled with tedious and improbable twists.

The twinkle of mischievousness and sprinkle of levity that Ford brought to many of his most memorable films were mostly MIA by this point, replaced by a cranky fatigue that’s difficult to watch and impossible to enjoy. Go to Full Review

Jan 17, 2019 Good, suspenseful crime drama. As good as any and better than most. From now on I'll read AYE EM DEE BEE reviews not this stupid site. RT is mostly lame critics with agendas and fake reviews. See more
Kylo R Dec 14, 2017 Firewall is an absolutely abysmal thriller flick that was frustrating to sit through.
Leia W Jul 26, 2017 Awesome love this movie
Rey S Jul 25, 2017 Ford-patriarch of so many gimmicky gimme-back-my-family blockbusters, and here looking older than the Great Wall of China-plays a tech security wiz, so naturally, the film ends with a fistfight in a remote cabin in the woods. See more
Hagrid G Jan 19, 2017 Way better than the crits & auds are saying. A good actioner that IS a variation on the Ford "Jack Ryan" theme(s), but still good, especially in the last half-hour. This is Bullock's "The Net" updated and probably not as scary - but still, a good 1:45. In the DVD interview by Trailer Park it seems as tho' H. Ford had a significant hand in the plot & direction of a movie that was launched in fits, starts, & stops with the studio(s). See more
Rey R Jan 10, 2017 It's good movie to watch
