Nothing pulls you out of a scenario of dread faster than thinking: "Well, why would that character be filming now? Shouldn't he be helping?" or "Well, that falling camera sure landed in a fortuitous position." Go to Full Review

...Sánchez does a nice job of peppering the proceedings with compelling, suspenseful sequences that elevate the viewer's interest on an ongoing basis. Go to Full Review

With nary an original flourish in its little brain, despite some fleeting moments of genuine creepiness, the distraction of its mechanics work as resolutely against its effectiveness like a majority of all films in this vein. Go to Full Review

Dec 17, 2018 Fergus Stapleton. If you go down in the woods today. You will find a poor found footage film. Hard to find much positive here. A decent opening which conveys a good sense of being isolated in the middle of nowhere is quickly followed by very routine and tiresome action scenes involving a poor cast its hard to care about. Some good camerawork helps a bit but overall a poor horror film. See more
Kylo S Dec 17, 2018 Extremely generic film, nothing creatibe about the plot, characters or monster.
Luke R Aug 19, 2018 The potential for the movie existed, but withered like that of the Dodo or the Pandas ugly cousin. There were some brief moments where I wasn't regretting that I chose the movie to watch, mainly aided by my own imagination and thoughts of being deep in the wilderness. The Bigfoot was the most interesting character, and it was almost impossible to not cheer on the "monster" since the humans were so stupid and unlikable... See more
Abraham M Jun 8, 2017 If it were a student film, I'd give it a D. Perhaps a D-.
Hagrid S May 21, 2017 Since his smash hit, The Blair Witch Project (1999), which is currently the scariest film I've ever seen, Eduardo Sanchez has been, since, making horror films up the ass, but without any success. And, while this one is no masterpiece, it's an alright found footage film, it's got it's creepy moments and I really praise the Bigfoot make-up effects, I never expected them to be that good. But, I think it would've been better if Bigfoot was didn't have the motivation to kill, because of his baby, but rather because he's just another horror villain. Well, if you're curious enough, check it out. See more
Hagrid R Mar 6, 2017 Not a great film but what film is with a big foot in it
