Escape From Tomorrow

What to Know

Critics Consensus

Conceptually audacious but only intermittently successful in execution, Escape From Tomorrow is nonetheless visually inventive and darkly surreal.

It feels much like a theme park itself -- really exciting at first, but then your senses are dulled, and eventually you just want to go. Go to Full Review

Suggests an R-rated Twilight Zone episode with a twist of Fellini-lite, in a trite film school kind of way. Go to Full Review

It's really just a middling fantasy about a middle-aged dad having a meltdown during a family vacation to the Magic Kingdom, with a few scattered sci-fi and horror elements thrown in. Go to Full Review

Abraham W Mar 13, 2019 The setting itself brings much of the draw into watching this movie. For me, the metaphors were a bit corse (ie the teenaged girls as a metaphors for pursuing perfection:Disney world the happiest place on earth) but the intent to make this kind of commentary is as noble as any commentary made by a person in the social position of randy Moore (white/male). Overall I though it was a very ballsy movie to film in a place like Disney, however, the social commentary put in place by this movie was severely overshadowed by Mooreï¿ 1/2(TM)s use of underaged girls as a plot device as well as his seemingly overwhelming obsession with cumming. Mar 8, 2019 So poorly scripted, poorly acted, and absolutely assinine. The woman playing the wife read her lines like she was just seeing them for the first time. The lead would lose to the worst porn actor. See more
Rey S Feb 27, 2019 Kind of a novelty film, this one was shot in a Disney theme park without permission from the Disney company. Has kind of a sci-fi B movie vibe and is almost bordering on amateurish. See more
Hermione S Oct 14, 2018 The movie it looks fine or creepy. Let go this straight, The film crews was filming at Disneyland or Disney World without permission, How's that even possible? I mean what is this college movie version? Looks like it. See more
Leia S Sep 14, 2018 It's like watching a bad Disney creepypasta. Absolutely not worth it.
Ron S Sep 4, 2018 Worst Disney Parks Theme Horror Movie Ever
