Duane Byrge The Hollywood Reporter Jul 19, 2017
Admittedly, the film is bolted to an intriguing psychological/paranormal premise, but the narrative trudges along in a fitful monotony of somber tones and stodgy pacing. Go to Full Review

Greenwood is excellent, as always. And a carefully measured performance by Sonja Bennett as Maggie's confused, protective mother contributes to a sense of stampeding panic. Go to Full Review

Billed as a "supernatural thriller," Donovan's Echo feels more like an overwrought made-for-TV movie. Go to Full Review

Audiences should be enthralled by most of what takes place, especially because of the stellar acting. Go to Full Review

The indie flick's heart is in the right place but, unfortunately, its arteries are seriously clogged up with syrupy sappiness. Go to Full Review

Harry S Aug 22, 2017 Super slow metaphysical drama billed as supernatural thriller. Danny Glover overplays the role of a man who is seeing things happen again thirty years after they happened the first time. He's too frenetic, and he should have been arrested for stalking an 11 yr old girl. Bruce Greenwood, on the other hand, underplays his role as cop to the point it felt like he was sleepwalking through the story. Not well made enough to keep my interest. See more
